How do I sign-up?
Signing up is easy! Find your product of choice on openfarmpet.com. Once on the product page select “autoship & save”, chose your product size, quantity and delivery frequency and add to cart. Repeat this step for all recipes you want included in your autoship deliveries.
What if I need to make a change?
Want to swap products, skip a delivery, change your delivery date or order frequency, add products, discount codes or cancel. This program is designed to work for you and the changing needs of your family. Subscribe to SMS on checkout and you can manage your account straight from your messages. Yes, it can be that easy!
How do I select the right frequency?
You can find your recommended daily feeding plan at the bottom of every product page. From there you can set your frequency from 1 to 16 weeks. Having trouble? We’re here to help. Simply click on the chat icon at the bottom of these page and we can calculate this for you.
