Redemption

Autoship: Credits can only be redeemed online at openfarmpet.com/ca. Account creation is required to access and redeem your credits. Credits will be automatically loaded into the customer portal. Your balance can be viewed at any time by logging into your account. Credits can be redeemed by applying them to your upcoming Autoship order directly within the portal.

One-Time Purchase: Credits can only be redeemed online at openfarmpet.com/ca. For one-time orders, a credit code will be issued post purchase via email within 48 hours. Your unique credit code can be redeemed on your next order at checkout, by applying the code in the discount code field. Credits can be used on one-time and Autoship purchase types.
