We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible Open Farm recipes purchased through openfarmpet.ca or authorized retailers. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied within 30 days (from delivery for openfarmpet.ca orders or purchase for authorized retailers), we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout; for openfarmpet.ca orders we can process your refund directly, while retailer purchases follow the retailer’s return policy (and we’re happy to help if you need guidance).
Refund eligibility is limited to one (1) refund per SKU (item) per customer or household; proof of donation may be requested before a refund is issued, and approval is subject to purchase verification and at the discretion of our Pet Parent Experience Team.

We recommend pet parents consult their veterinarian before feeding any supplements.

Administer orally during or after mealtime. Begin with half of the recommended amount for the first week, then increase to the recommended daily amount. Daily intake can be split between morning and evening. Always ensure fresh water is available.
