We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible Open Farm recipes purchased through openfarmpet.ca or authorized retailers. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied within 30 days (from delivery for openfarmpet.ca orders or purchase for authorized retailers), we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout; for openfarmpet.ca orders we can process your refund directly, while retailer purchases follow the retailer’s return policy (and we’re happy to help if you need guidance).
Refund eligibility is limited to one (1) refund per SKU (item) per customer or household; proof of donation may be requested before a refund is issued, and approval is subject to purchase verification and at the discretion of our Pet Parent Experience Team.

What types of dry food are in this blend and how is each different?
There are three types of dry food formats in our Epic Blend recipe.
1. Oven-baked kibble. We slowly oven-bake the kibble to preserve nutrients while creating a puffier texture your dog will love. The kibble is also coated in probiotics to support a healthier gut!
2. Air-dried morsels. Gently air dried to preserve nutrients and lock in flavor, our air-dried morsels bring chunks of meat or fish to this beautiful blend of humanely-raised or sustainably sourced, and 3rd party certified protein.

There is a selection of grain-free and non-GMO ancient grain recipes to choose from. All ancient grain Epic Blend recipes have the same non-GMO grains which include: Oats, Barley, and Milo.
