We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible Open Farm recipes purchased through openfarmpet.ca or authorized retailers. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied within 30 days (from delivery for openfarmpet.ca orders or purchase for authorized retailers), we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout; for openfarmpet.ca orders we can process your refund directly, while retailer purchases follow the retailer’s return policy (and we’re happy to help if you need guidance).
Refund eligibility is limited to one (1) refund per SKU (item) per customer or household; proof of donation may be requested before a refund is issued, and approval is subject to purchase verification and at the discretion of our Pet Parent Experience Team.

This means they are humanely raised with space to roam, natural light, and enrichments, raised without antibiotics, and fed a vegetarian diet.

Chickpeas are a fiber-rich legume and a great source of protein, iron, copper, zinc, and magnesium. Our chickpeas are non-GMO.
